PRICING AND CURRENCY

All Checkout Prices for Great Britain include sales taxes, there are no additional fees to pay at all. You’ll be charged for your order when it is dispatched from our warehouse. For Paypal you will be charged when the order is placed.

 

 WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We normally allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive when using Standard Delivery. This may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as during sales and holidays.

 

I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING BUT I DON'T HAVE THE DELIVERY NOTE

Simply include your name, contact details and order number (found in your order confirmation email) in your return package. Alternatively simply print your order confirmation email and include it when you send your item(s) back. See our Returns & Refunds page for more information.

 

MY ITEM IS FAULTY

We expect all orders to reach you in perfect condition. If there is a problem with your item(s) just pop them back in the post to us and fill out the returns form that was sent with your order. If you no longer have the returns form, pop in a note with your order stating which item(s) you are returning and why, your order number and contact details. We'll then issue you with an exchange or refund as long as you meet our Terms and Conditions. See our Returns & Refunds page for more information.

How long does the delivery take? Please refer to the delivery section for estimated delivery times for each region.
When will my order be sent out? Please refer to the Shipping & Delivery section for estimated despatch and delivery times. You can track your delivery through the My Account section of the website.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED OUTSIDE THE UK?

Of course! We are delighted to ship worldwide. Please see our delivery page for more information on domestic, European and Worldwide delivery.

RETURNS

 

What’s your returns policy? You can return any product you receive from GOTCHA within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and unwashed. For more information, please visit the returns section of the website.
I do not like the product I ordered, what can I do? If the product is new and unused you can return it to us for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Please visit our returns section for more information on how to return a product.

I want to return a product, but I don’t have the original packaging? You can always send the products back to GOTCHA in another package but please pack securely and follow the instructions in the Returns & Refunds section of the website.
